Application Procedure
Application to the Institute for Clinical Social Work occurs in two steps. The first step is to complete and submit our general application form. This is a simple process that allows us to review your qualifications and assess the likelihood that you are prepared for the ICSW curriculum. This process is free.
Qualified applicants who are selected to move on will be asked to submit a more extensive application packet including official transcripts, a statement of purpose, a sample of written case material, three letters of recommendation, and a non-refundable application fee of $100.
All materials may be submitted online or by mail. Applications are accepted year-round. To be considered for the upcoming academic year, we encourage you to submit the general application by May 1 for the on-site program and July 1 for the distance learning program.
