Admissions Application

Our online application process makes applying to ICSW easy. On the following pages, you'll be asked for information about yourself, your education, and your work experience. Please answer these questions as completely as possible. We review each application carefully. Qualified applicants will be invited to submit additional supporting materials. Applications are accepted year-round. To be considered for the upcoming academic year, we encourage you to submit the general application by May 1 for the on-site program and July 1 for the distance learning program.
