Elizabeth Fung, Ph.D.

​Elizabeth Fung is the senior social worker for Family Support Services at Children’s Memorial Hospital, Chicago, Ill.. Her concentrations are individual and family therapy, child/family adjustment to chronic illness, sibling issues, bereavement, and relaxation and hypnotherapy. She works with children and families with bleeding disorders. Dr. Fung received the 2006 Social Worker of the Year Award from the National Hemophilia Foundation.
