Mike McNulty, Ph.D.

Class of 2000

​Mike McNulty maintains a full-time, private practice in Evanston and Highland Park, Ill., where he specializes in individual and couples therapy. He is certified in couples therapy through The Gottman Institute (TGI) in Seattle, and he is a consultant and trainer for TGI’s professional development program. His other sub-specialties include trauma, attention deficit disorder, and learning disabilities. Dr. McNulty also serves as the director of The Sri Lanka Project at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where he is also an adjunct professor. He provides counselor training for a unit of 35 paraprofessional Sri Lankan counselors, and he travels to Sri Lanka twice a year to teach 10-day workshops.
