Elizabeth Fung

Elizabeth H. Fung, PhD, LCSW, was a senior social worker for 34 years at Lurie Children’s Hospital, formerly known as Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. Elizabeth was an adjunct faculty member at Loyola School of Social Work. Since retiring from the hospital in 2012 she maintains a part-time private practice focusing on stress management, family therapy, mind-body wellness and hypnotherapy. Elizabeth is a past recipient of the National Hemophilia Foundation’s Social Worker of the Year award (2006), and the “Walking in our shoes” award from the Bleeding Disorders Alliance Illinois (2012).
