This study which follows, that of Experience of Grandchildren of Holocaust Survivors neither sought nor avoided a clinical population. The purpose was to look at the experiences of the third generations of survivors: the grandchildren. The meaning of being a grandchild of survivors based on their subjective experience was examined as part of this study. This study explored the images and memories that each of the grandchildren had of their past experience growing up as part of a survivor family. This study also explored the meaning of being a grandchild of survivors and what it has for them in the present and how they connect gref3those experiences to their future.
