ICSW Class of 2024
Congratulations to ICSW’s 2024 Graduates
Something smart and witty goes here.
Jaydee Tumambing Hughes, LMFT Ph.D. Candidate
Hometown: Los Angeles, CA
Experience at ICSW: “As a transfer student from Sanville Institute, ICSW welcomed me with open arms. I learned so much from the few classes that I took, and even though I did not have a cohort group, each group treated me as one of their own. It would have been difficult to complete my time at ICSW without the guidance of the professors, ESPECIALLY my dissertation chair, Dr. Ida Roldan. I appreciate Dr. Denise Tsioles and our dissertation seminar, for their guidance and support through the grueling dissertation process.”
Post graduate plans: As a transfer student from Post graduate plans: Simultaneous with my dissertation process, I agreed to be the Clinic Director for Ellie Mental Health in San Dimas, CA. Along with my business partner, we plan on developing six counseling centers (all Ellie) in the San Gabriel Valley and Orange County, all in California. My intention as a Clinic Director is to assist clinicians in representing their true selves, fill the gap in mental health treatment, and extend culturally sensitive therapy to diverse populations.
Daniel S. Sokal, LCSW Ph.D. Candidate
Hometown: Redding, CT
Experience at ICSW: “My theoretical and clinical growth at ICSW was immeasurable. It expanded my capacity to be the most empathic and theoretically grounded clinician I could be and had a vast impact on patient and student outcomes..”
Post graduate plans: To continue teaching and to maintain my private practice..
