JJ lives in Southwestern Colorado and serves as a Clinical Supervisor in a rural community mental health center where he provides therapy, training, and supervision for licensed and pre-licensed professionals. The integration of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy as an evidence based practice is fully supported by the agency which serves a diverse population with far-reaching health disparities. Active in the community, he is a vocal advocate for social justice and the improvement of the local educational system. JJ enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, and adventure motorcycling.
