Kathryn Myers, PHR, CPM, pHCLE

Katie Myers is a seasoned human resources executive currently serving as Vice President of People Success at League One Volleyball, a national sports organization advancing women’s professional athletics. With over a decade of experience, Katie has built a dynamic career spanning the nonprofit, public, and healthcare sectors, where she has been instrumental in leading transformative people strategies.

Katie’s expertise lies in performance management, organizational culture, DEI, generational leadership, and change management. Before joining League One Volleyball, she held senior HR leadership roles in mission-driven organizations, including the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. Her work has consistently focused on aligning people strategies with organizational goals to foster inclusive, high-performing environments.

In addition to her professional work, Katie has served in numerous civic and leadership roles, including as a trustee and DEI chair for a community foundation, president of the Ohio School Personnel Administrators Association, and human capital advisory board member for the Ohio Department of Education. She remains deeply committed to equity, access, and leadership development in both her personal and professional life.
