ICSW is proud to announce that VOYE (Voices of Youth Ensemble) will perform at our 37th Commencement Ceremony. VOYE is a Chicago-based nonprofit youth choir founded by Debra Kelly that uses music, song, and performance to empower youth from under-resourced communities.
